When the days get really hot, there is nothing better than seeking solace in the cool pools dug by the streams in our mountains.

Equipped with a swimming costume and towel, are you ready for a refreshing dip?
On this excursion, we will follow a loop along the Meria and Val Mala streams to discover deep freshwater pools in which to cool down. The water will be cold on the Mala and a little less so on the Meria, some will be content with a good footbath, others will alternate between ‘full immersion’ sessions and moments of rest between the rocks and the beautiful vegetation, others will swim like dolphins.
But that’s not all! We will also discover the White Water Cave, also known as ‘La Ferriera’, a deep cavern in the limestone, with ample access that we can easily explore for a good stretch.
And, icing on the cake, before returning home anyone who wants can stop for a swim in the warm waters of Lake Como .
