When the days get really hot, there is nothing better than seeking solace in the cool pools carved by the streams in our mountains.

Equipped with a swimming costume and towel, are you ready for a refreshing dip?

Let’s walk and … swimming to discover the natural pools of our streams.

Rocks of all shapes and colours worked by the water, crystal-clear pools, waterfalls and cascades, lush vegetation.

We have several routes to choose from, along the Meria torrents, the Caldone, the Gallavesa, hell!

Partly on footpath and partly walking in the water we explore these magnificent canyons!

Ours will be a very‘bathing‘ excursion, alternating between ascents in boots and refreshing swims in cool pools.
